Jason E. Simon, MD
Jason E. Simon, MD, FAAOS, is a board-certified Orthopedic Surgeon and is a Fellow with the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (FAAOS). He received his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston, MA and completed a Fellowship in Orthopaedic Surgery Sports Medicine at Boston University Medical Center in Boston, MA. Included in his many honors and recognitions is Press Ganey Patient Satisfaction scores ranked in the 99th Percentile National Ranking in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, Top Performer Reliant Medical Group where he was a sports medicine and shoulder surgeon for the Department of Orthopedic Surgery/Sports Medicine in Worcester, MA. His clinical interests include shoulder surgery (total and reverse shoulder arthroplasty, revisions and fractures), arthroscopic surgery and sports medicine surgery.
Dr. Simon has authored several articles which have appeared in many orthopedic publications, presented at numerous symposiums and is a principal reviewer for the American Journal of Sports Medicine and Journal of Arthroscopy. He is on the Membership Committee for the Arthroscopy Association of North America. For the past eight seasons Dr. Simon was head team physician for the Worcester Sharks (the AHL affiliate for the San Jose Sharks).
